Pastor Brad and Connie Bess dream of helping to establish healthy churches around the world! Brad graduated from Christ for the Nations, Dallas, TX, in 1999 with an Associate's Degree in Practical Theology.  He also earned an Associates Degree in Christian Ministry from Vision International College, Romona, CA, in 2009.  After graduating from CFNI the Bess family moved to Las Cruces, NM, where God opened a door for them to serve Las Cruces First Assembly of God.  In nine years as an Associate Pastor Brad was blessed to minister in many capacities.  He served in the daycare Assistant Director, youth ministry, Master's Commission program and as the Director of Adult Ministries. Connie has been involved every step of the way and has ministered as Brad's Administrative Assistant for the past five years.  God has prepared Brad and Connie for their current assignment: planting Life Point Church in the Tri-Cities,TN.  The Bess family loves God and His people!  Brad loves to teach and preach God's word and then watch as God changes lives!  He and Connie have been married seventeen years and have three sons: Bronson, Bryce and Brady.  They are HUGE football fans (GO Vols!), enjoy movies, canoeing, having friends over for dinner and driving through the East Tennessee mountains while admiring God's handiwork.
